To much garbage everywhere.
We traveled al ost entire Tunisia with motorcycle, all country is full of garbage.
If we add that all local sellers want to take you as much as possible for anything than we actually described all bad things.
Same is in Monastir...so if those two things are not problem for you you will have great time in Monastir and all arround Tunisia

A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms...
A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms (i requested room change twice), no A/C, no internet in room or even floor other than lobby (very poor signal in lobby), no tv remote all rooms and only 6 Tunisian channels, no iron, no parking inside hotel except for about 12 to 16 cars, phone present but doesn't work, no consistent hot water, broken faucet, clogged sink and Beth tub, broken door luck that can be opened even after locking without key, housekeeping ladies very unprofessional and seems being hired with absolutely no training, they refused to change towels until I showed my frustration to the receptionist, very loud DJ in the pool almost all day, dangerous play in the pool (water polo and volleyball for adults around very you kids), pool closes at 6 and beach long chairs are taken away at 6 pm. bedding reminds me of the boys scout beds and worse. The food was The Only thing good but very dirty kitchen and dinning area. I traveled from the US to this hotel and wasted my vacation, my money and my family happiness at this place. Think 10 times before you book. Sincerely. Samir B.
The hotel and its facilities are brand new, including the 4 pools (2 open air, 1 covered and 1 with slides).
Rooms and suites are spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the pillows! I usually have an issue with hotel room’s pillows, but these were extra soft.
The food had a great variety and high quality mainly Tunisian specialties. The staff was great. Everyone from the receptionists to the cleaners, lifeguards, cooks and waiters contributed to make our stay memorable by their kindness and helpfulness.
ive traveled to dozens of countries and this facility was better than the bellagio in Vegas. absolutely stunning. reception spoke a dozen languages and was being friendly. samir in the lounge was so kind, i wish i could bring him with me. ames in reception went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable..i really can't say enough good things about my experience..i am overly critical especially on reviews but the experience with regency in monastir was 5 stars all the way..
The area is nice, the pools are big, rooms also nice, view also nice, so much perfect place for children , also there is a smal fast foodl restaurant in the center of the area. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The shopping center is still unfinished and they still prepare. There are 2 good restaurants (La scala) and (Tween Tower )and one small shop nearby. Otherwise, you have to walk to Monastir for about 15 minutes by car or taxi, because there is nothing around there.
The beach is next to a river where there’s big factory next to him all toxic goes from
The factory to the sea so I did found the sea very dirty and not safe ,hotel rooms dirty food and restaurant very very long queue people waiting for some meat or fish about half hour ,my booking was 112.71£ to pay on promises which equivalent to 880 dinar but he asked me to pay 900 dinar I don’t know way ,I’ve been giving a room very far with back garden view dirty aswell
We called Hamdi the manager, and he met us at the property and took us to the apartment. He actually gave us a choice. We chose a suite with kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, and a lovely living room overlooking the harbor. Hamdi also helped us arrange a trip to Kairouan, and came with us to translate. Cap Marina is a beautiful place, but not as touristy as Monastir center. Yet, it is clsoe to the train station, Ribat, and the Medina.
Very nice room/appartment with AC, wifi and comfortable bed
Excellent attention and full assistance by the hosts Faicel onsite and Amel on the phone. I really appreciate their interest and involvement with the guest
Great location at walking distance from Metro Sahel and Louage stations, and the main attractions in Monastir: Mausoleum Bourguiba, Ribat, Grand Mosque
The animation staff has done a good job (with the resources they have available).
Overall, the hotel staff were trying to meet expectations but they just couldn't as the hotel was so understaffed that the hotel bar, pool bar, and even the reception would stay empty sometimes for considerable periods of time.
I give my best recommendations for this hotel. The staff are very polite and willing to answer all your questions and satisfy all your needs. More specifically, I would like to give my best recommendations for the receptionists Ahmed and Olfa as well as the baggage men Mohamed and Fathi.
It was close to the center of the city, so you can get to any place within 5 minutes.
It has a vintage style in the ancient town (traditional, المدينة العربي ) of Monastir, so it is like a trip to the past.
Everything is close by and you get to experience the lifestyle of people there 🥰
I simply loved the cleaning staff and their dedication to work. There were no activities for children or tourist entertainment. The rooms with a sea view were reserved for foreigners coming to Tunisia through travel agencies on installment plans.
The reception staff are perfect. (all day long).
The pools are big, comfy, and clean.
The beach is clean. Beach chairs are available.
The buffet is varied and excellent.
High quality of Hotel leadership by Mr. Akram.
Amazing apart hotel! We got 2 rooms apartment facing the beach, literally 2 min walk.
Super comfortable, clean, equipped with everything you might need for a good stay.
Totally recommend!
