Tunisian postal service awarded international quality management certificate

The Tunisian postal service has been recently awarded a grade "A" quality management certificate by the Universal Postal Union (UPU), writes Tunisian daily Le Temps.
The newspaper says several UPU experts carried out audits in different Tunisian postal services including the use of Information and communication technologies during the previous year.
In June 2004, the 'Rapid Poste' (express mail) nationwide network also received the international quality control certificate ISO 9001.
