Italian crews win the first leg of the Mediterranean “latin sailing” circuit in Kerkennah
Tunis, 30 March 2005 (TunisiaOnline)-- Nine Italian crews have won the ‘El Misa’ regatta, the first leg of the “Latin Sailing” Mediterranean sailing circuit. 97 crews took part in the first leg of the competition: 9 from Italy, 2 from France, 1 from the Netherlands and 85 from Tunisia. The Italian crews won in all the different categories of the race. The nine other legs of the competition are due to take part successively in Livorno, Saint Tropez, Menton, Savona, Genes, Stintino and Sorreno which will host a major European boat show during the event.
